Capriccio is now under new management and is proud to appoint our new Restaurant Manager Francesco and head chef Gennaro. Gennaro has previously worked at the famous Bel-Sit Italian restaurant London and San Lorenzo Italian restaurant in Knightsbridge, bringing with him new ideas and experience in Italian cuisine. Francesco, Gennaro and their team are committed to bringing you the finest Italian Cuisine and service with creative and seasonal menu items.

Moving forward Capriccio-Ristorante has also now been nominated to participate in the Ethical Good Food awards 2009, our objective is to win this with your support.

THERE is a little corner of Italy in the heart of Hazlemere. Established 25 years ago and now under new management, Capriccio is the place to go for outstanding Italian food, including traditional pizzas made with fresh dough and baked in a wood-fired pizza oven.

Since the takeover a few weeks ago, Capriccio's managers, Michael Pilgrim and Francesco Izzo, have gone to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction with exciting new menus, superb food and friendly and professional service. They are ably assisted by resident chef Gennaro Schiano, who previously worked at San Lorenzo Italian restaurant in Knightsbridge.
